The Starflex Type 2 hose is a high-quality layflat hose with a woven polyester jacket and elastomeric coating. The coating provides enhanced abrasion resistance and allows the hose to be used with seawater or brackish water; it is immune to mildew and bacteria. The hose is available in red or blue and comes in various diameters and lengths.
Starflex hoses are manufactured to BS 6391. Hoses can be supplied with any British or international couplings in light-alloy or gunmetal, and large stock holdings enable fast delivery.
This hose is used by marine and industrial sectors, construction and waste-recycling industries.
